Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
By booking with Brow Behaviour, you acknowledge that you have read, and agree to the cancellation policy:
- If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your bookings, this must be done 48 hours prior to the time of your booking
- If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours you are required to pay 50% of the total amount of your selected service
- If you No Show to your booking the selected service amount will be charged in full.
- Unfortunately, if you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the selected service amount will be charged in full
- Unfortunately we are not a child friendly salon! We kindly ask you to please respect this and not bring any children on the day of your appointment and to only bring your self.
